Pandu Patria Sjahrir earned his a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, USA (2001) and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA (2007). In 2017 - 2020, he took an Executive MBA, "One Belt One Road" Program at Tsinghua University, China.
He was appointed as Vice President Director of the Company under Deed Number 51 dated June 17, 2021 made before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in South Jakarta. He previously served as Director of the Company and was appointed for the first time under Deed Number 1 dated October 1, 2010, made before Jimmy Tanal, S.H., substitute of Hasbullah Abdul Rasyid SH, M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta.
Currently he also serves as Chairman of Dewan Pengurus Harian at Indonesia Fintech Association (since 2021), President Commissioner at GoTo Financials (since 2021), Commissioner at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (since 2020), Independent Commissioner at PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi (since 2020), Commissioner at PT Karya Baru TBS (previously PT Batu Hitam Perkasa) (since 2018), President Commissioner at PT Perkebunan Kaltim Utama I (since 2018), Commissioner at PT Adimitra Baratama Niaga (since 2017). He also serves at iPT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (since 2013) with the latest position as President Commissioner.
In 2013, he was selected as the Asia 21 Young Leader by Asia Society, an award given to leaders under 40 who have made a significant difference in their field. He was elected as the Chairman of Indonesian Coal Mining Association (ICMA) in 2015, then was re-elected for the term of 2021 - 2024 period.
Prior to joining the Company, he worked as Senior Analyst covering energy and mining sectors in Matlin & Patterson from 2007 to 2010, as Principal at Byun & Co, Alternative Energy Fund Asia from 2002 to 2005 and as Analyst at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2002.
He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, nor the majority and controlling shareholders.
