The tutoring program conducted by PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (ABN), a subsidiary of TBS Energi Utama, in collaboration with SMA Negeri 1 Sangasanga and Genza Tutoring, has had a significant impact on improving the quality of education in its operational area. This program demonstrates the company's commitment to community development and empowerment through education.

The tutoring program at SMAN 1 Sangasanga aims to enhance students' understanding and interest in learning, with the goal of increasing their chances of being accepted into their dream state universities (PTN). The partnership with Genza Samarinda has provided scholarships in the form of tutoring sessions to students, benefiting them individually and positively impacting the school's overall quality.

According to data, the quality index of SMAN 1 Sangasanga has improved from 78.55 in 2020 to 79.90 in 2023, reaching 80.43 in 2024. This improvement reflects the positive impact of the tutoring program.

The program's success is evident in the outstanding achievement where 35 out of 40 tutoring participants were accepted into their dream universities. Mr. Agus from Genza Tutoring expressed his gratitude, stating, "We thank ABN for their trust and cooperation with us in the
third year of the tutoring program for PTN entrance preparation. We are also grateful that this collaboration continues to show increasing success for SMAN 1 Sangasanga students."

Ms. Arie Eka Yudistira, SPd, a teacher at SMAN 1 Sangasanga, added, "The success of this collaboration in 2024 is expected to continue into 2025. This program is essential as the competition for PTN entrance becomes increasingly competitive."

Mr. Bambang Takariyanto, Manager ER of ABN, emphasized that the program, which has been running since 2019, continues to show improving performance. The output of this program is the acceptance of tutoring participants into state universities, with outcomes including increased access to higher-quality state education for students and the overall improvement of the school's quality. "The expected impact is the emergence of a generation of achievers who will build a bright future in Sangasanga," said Bambang.

The success of this program highlights the importance of collaboration between companies, schools, and tutoring institutions in improving education quality in the region. With programs like this, it is hoped that more students will be able to achieve their dreams and positively contribute to the community.

This article underscores the importance of synergy between the private sector and education to achieve shared goals in enhancing education quality and community empowerment. The success of this program serves as a tangible example of how investment in education can bring sustainable positive impacts.
