Following the acquisition of Asia Medical Enviro Services (AMES) in August 2023, TBS took another significant step forward in December 2023 through its sub-holding, PT Solusi Bersih TBS (SBT), by acquiring ARAH Environmental Indonesia (ARAH). As a key player in the handling of medical, hazardous, industrial, and domestic waste, ARAH enhances TBS’s operational scope and strengthens its foothold in Indonesia’s waste ecosystem.

This momentum continued with the full acquisition of Sembcorp Environment Pte. Ltd. (SembEnviro) on March 18, 2025. Based in Singapore, SembEnviro brings decades of experience in municipal waste management, recycling, and environmental services. The integration of SembEnviro represents a pivotal milestone in TBS’s regional expansion, unlocking significant operational synergies and adding scale, technology, and a well-established customer base.
